When it comes to food bases it’s tough to beat the versatility and popularity of beef stock. We’re making this beef broth with NOW® Beef Gelatin Powder to increase protein content.
Ingredients
4 cups
water
2 tablespoons
Beef Gelatin Powder
Directions
- In a stockpot on medium heat combine water with beef gelatin
- Whisk continuously until the beef gelatin is fully dissolved
- Allow for mixture to come to a boil, reduce to low heat and cook for an additional 10 minutes
- Serve warm and enjoy!
