fennel bulb, thinly sliced

celery stalks, thinly sliced

fresh lemon juice

Maple Syrup, Organic Grade A Amber Color

fresh dill
1 teaspoon
fennel fronds

In a large bowl, combine apple, fennel, and celery.

In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, oil, maple syrup, dill, and fennel fronds. Add to large bowl and toss to mix.
