Sleep tips by age

18-25: Aim for seven hours every day, despite all-nighters!

25-35: Establish a nighttime routine, limit blue-light exposure before bed, try meditation and other sleep aids to set yourself up for sleep success despite demanding jobs and children!

35-50: Hormone fluctuations happen, work with a healthcare provider to determine dietary and lifestyle adjustments to find balance.

50-65: You probably have more time on your hands by this point, so aim for more than seven hours of sleep a night!

65+: It sounds counterintuitive, but staying active with daily gentle movement like walking, yoga, and swimming can improve your sleep quality!
