NOW Honored Again as a Great Place to Work

Bloomingdale, IL – NOW®, a trusted and family-owned natural products manufacturer for 55 years,  was again honored as being a “Great Place to Work.”

The National Association for Business Resources has released their Summer 2023 Best and Brightest Companies To Work For, and NOW was honored in three separate categories:

  • 2023 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in the Nation

  • One of the Top 101 Highest Scoring Winners for the entire National awards program

  • 2023 Winner for The Nation's Best and Brightest in Wellness: highlighting companies that distinguish themselves as having the most innovative wellness, wellbeing, and human resource practices. This evaluation was based upon criteria to benchmark and improve wellness program effectiveness looking at outcomes, analysis, tracking, participation & incentives, benefits and programs, leadership, employee input, culture, and environment.

NOW was also honored with two regional awards:

  • 2023 Chicago Best & Brightest Companies to Work For and Elite Winner in the Communication & Shared Vision Category. This award confirms that NOW has demonstrated exceptionally innovative human resource practices and set high standards ranking higher than 80% of all Chicago businesses.  NOW has won these HR awards for the past 15 years, and this is the second time the company has won in an Elite Category.
