Yoga Mat Sprays
In your clean, empty spray bottle, measure in 1 tablespoon of witch hazel (or vinegar). Add the NOW® Solutions essential oils and fill the remainder of your bottle with 3 tablespoons distilled water.
Shake before each use. Spray yoga mat generously with your cleansing spray on each side after use, wipe down with a cloth or hang and allow to dry completely.
Caution: Essential oils are highly concentrated and should be used with care. Dilute essential oils as directed. Keep out of reach of children. Not for internal use. Avoid contact with eyes. Consult a healthcare practitioner before using if pregnant/nursing.
