The National Association for Business Resources (NABR) selected NOW as one of the nation’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For^® in the Large Business category. NOW was also chosen as one the Nation’s Best and Brightest in Wellness^®, which honors companies that promote employee wellbeing, worksite health and wellness.

This is the 6th consecutive year NOW has received national recognition as a Best and Brightest employer, and the 2nd consecutive year being recognized for wellness.

The Best and Brightest evaluation included assessing compensation, benefits and employee solutions; employee enrichment, engagement and retention; employee education and development; recruitment, selection and orientation; employee achievement and recognition; communication and shared vision; diversity and inclusion; work-life balance; community initiatives and strategic company performance. The Wellness award included statistical assessments of the company’s program efficacy.
