Ingredients
2 cups
vegan chocolate chips
¼ teaspoon
salt
½ teaspoon
cinnamon
2 tablespoons
Quinoa Whole Grain, Organic
2 tablespoons
Black Chia Seeds, Organic
2 tablespoons
Hemp Seed Hearts, Organic
2 tablespoons
Almonds, Raw & Unsalted
1 tablespoon
goji berries
1 teaspoon
flaky sea salt
Directions
- Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a double boiler, melt chocolate with Ellyndale Pumpkin Seed Oil. Add salt, cinnamon, quinoa, chia seeds, hemp seeds, almonds, and pumpkin seeds. Mix until combined.
- Spread chocolate mixture evenly onto parchment paper. Top with goji berries, flaky sea salt, and additional pumpkin seeds and almonds.
- Place in freezer for about 30 minutes, or until set. Using your hands, break into pieces. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
