Try them out now in this chocolate pumpkin seed superfood bark that’s delightful for snacking all day long!

Ingredients
2 cups vegan chocolate chips
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon goji berries
1 teaspoon flaky sea salt
Directions
  1. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  2. In a double boiler, melt chocolate with Ellyndale Pumpkin Seed Oil. Add salt, cinnamon, quinoa, chia seeds, hemp seeds, almonds, and pumpkin seeds. Mix until combined. 
  3. Spread chocolate mixture evenly onto parchment paper. Top with goji berries, flaky sea salt, and additional pumpkin seeds and almonds.
  4. Place in freezer for about 30 minutes, or until set. Using your hands, break into pieces. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
