Time-Saving Pantry Staples Recipes
Fall signals back-to-school and transitional routines that often call for time-saving recipes. Registered dietitian Maya Feller shares her family’s favorite simple-to-prepare recipes that utilize pantry staples to keep stocked during these very busy times.
Bread (Made in the Bread Maker)
Directions:
- place all ingredients in the bread maker in the order they are listed
- set to whole wheat & light
- close and let the bread maker do its thing!
1 1/2 cup
warm water
2 tablespoons
vegan butter
1 teaspoon
salt
1 generous squeeze
date syrup
1 1/2 teaspoon
dry yeast
1/2 cup
Triple Omega Seed Mix, Organic
1/2 cup
Almond Flour, Organic
2 3/4 cups
half whole wheat bread flour
Cold Sesame Noodles
Directions:
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions and set it aside
- Place all ingredients for the sauce into a glass jar, cover, and shake vigorously until well combined
- Dress spaghetti with the peanut sauce
- Garnish with sesame seeds and nori

Quinoa Spaghetti Pasta, Organic
For the peanut Sauce
1/4 cup
low sodium tamari
1/4 cup
smooth peanut butter
4 tablespoons
warm water
Garnish
1 teaspoon
Sesame Seeds, Organic & Raw
1 sheet
nori crumbled
Quinoa Salad
Directions:
- Cook quinoa according to package directions and set aside in a medium-size bowl
- Add cucumber, almonds, and cherries
- Place all ingredients for dressing into a glass jar, cover, and shake vigorously
- Dress quinoa and toss all ingredients together
