Matcha Latte

Perfect alternative to coffee! Matcha contains EGCG, nourishing green chlorophyll, and L-theanine for an uplifting experience minus the coffee jitters.

To prepare, add matcha to a cozy mug with about 2 tablespoons of warm milk. Stir into a paste. Stir in the rest of the warm milk and sweetener until combined.

1 cup unsweetened milk, warmed

Beet Root Latte

Each tablespoon serving of NOW Sports® Beet Root Powder is equivalent to 2.5 whole beets, so you get a nice superfood boost.

To prepare, add beet root powder and cinnamon to a cozy mug with about 2 tablespoons of warm milk. Stir into a paste. Stir in the rest of the warm milk and sweetener until combined.

Ashwagandha Latte

Ashwagandha is considered an Ayurvedic adaptogen, which may help the body adapt to temporary normal stress.*

To prepare, add a serving of organic ashwagandha or Kava Kava extract liquid, nut butter, and cinnamon to a mug with about 4 tablespoons of warm milk. Stir into a paste. Stir in the rest of the warm milk and sweetener until combined.

Herbal Tea & Manuka Honey Latte

Add to your nighttime ritual! Ojibwa is a traditional caffeine-free herbal blend, and Manuka honey typically has more beneficial plant antioxidants than other types of honey. Substitute for any other caffeine-free tea option.

To prepare, put tea bag and water in mug and steep for 4 minutes. Stir in milk and honey.

1 tea bag Ojibwa Tea
½ cup boiling water
½ cup unsweetened milk, warmed
1 teaspoon Manuka Honey
