Sports Performance Nutrition + Wellness Stacks

The Brooks Beasts’ nutritionist Dr. Kyle Pfaffenbach, Ph.D., helps the athletes perform at their best by building a strong foundation of wellness from within. To do this, Dr. Kyle works with each athlete to optimize their nutrition for endurance, energy and recovery, as well as any individualized concerns they may face. As a seasoned Nutrition Consultant and Associate Professor of Health and Human Performance at Eastern Oregon University, Dr. Kyle’s holistic approach to performance encompasses nutrition, supplementation, wellness, and more with the runners.
