Sensitive Skin Mask

Sensitive skin can make facial care an exercise in frustration, especially if you’re using typical facial care products formulated with harsh chemicals. This DIY Sensitive Skin Mask is a soothing combination of natural ingredients, including skin-nourishing evening primrose oil, lavender and chamomile oils, and Moroccan red clay.

Ingredients
4-5 tablespoon water
2 drops Lavender Oil
2 drops Chamomile Oil
Directions
  1. Mix ingredients together in a bowl to a creamy paste.
  2. Apply to face and neck area, allowing 10-15 minutes to dry.
  3. Then rinse off with warm water and apply moisturizer.

Avoid sensitive areas, and use 1-2 times weekly as needed. NOT intended for internal use.

 

Caution: Essential oils are highly concentrated and should be used with care. Dilute essential oils as directed, do not exceed dilutions recommended for this recipe. Pure essential oils can be irritating to the skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. For adult use only. Keep out of reach of children. Not for internal use. Avoid contact with eyes. Consult a healthcare practitioner before using if pregnant/nursing.
