Rejuvenating Hand and Foot Soak

This DIY spa-day recipe is perfect for rejuvenating tired, stressed hands and feet. The magnesium flakes help to draw out toxins, the coconut milk moisturizes, the Manuka honey soothes, and the essential oils add a relaxing and calming scent.

Ingredients
1 gallon Warm water
1 can coconut milk
2 tablespoon Manuka Honey
2-4 drops Lavender Oil
1-2 drops Frankincense Oil
Directions
  1. In a large bowl or small bucket, dissolve 1 cup of NOW® Magnesium Flakes into 1 gallon of warm water.
  2. Into the bucket, add the coconut milk, NOW® Manuka Honey, NOW® Vitamin E Oil, and NOW® Essential Oils.
  3. Mix well.

To Use: 

Pour the mix into appropriate containers to soak hands and feet. Soak hands and feet for 15-20 minutes. Pat dry with a towel. Follow with your favorite NOW® Solutions lotion or cream!

 

Caution: Essential oils are highly concentrated and should be used with care. Dilute essential oils as directed, do not exceed dilutions recommended for this recipe. Pure essential oils can be irritating to skin. For adult use only. Keep out of reach of children. Not for internal use. Avoid contact with eyes.
