Melt butter and chocolate chips in a double boiler over medium heat until smooth, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool while preparing other ingredients.

In a small mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cacao powder, baking soda and sea salt.

Whisk together egg, Allulose Sweetener and Better Stevia Peppermint Cookie Liquid Sweetener in a medium mixing bowl until just well combined, about 10 seconds. Gradually whisk in melted chocolate followed by almond flour mixture. Transfer bowl to freezer for 5 minutes to slightly firm dough.

While dough chills, preheat oven to 350ºF and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a cookie scoop, scoop cookies on baking sheet 3 inches apart. Bake for 13-15 minutes. Repeat with remaining dough.
