Ingredients

baby kale

lemons - juiced
7 tablespoons
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic
4 cloves
garlic - freshly mashed
1 tablespoon
hot red pepper flakes

Organic Hemp Seeds, toasted
1 shredded
rotisserie chicken
Directions
- In the bottom of a large salad bowl, whisk lemon juice, olive oil, salt, garlic and red pepper flakes until emulsified.
- Add baby kale and shredded chicken.
- Toss to coat and top with toasted hemp hearts.
