Simply prepare in minutes, let it rest overnight, and wake up to a delightful, customizable breakfast topped with your choice of nuts, berries, or seeds, perfect for a busy morning or a leisurely brunch.

Ingredients
1 cup milk of choice
½ cup low fat Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons Manuka Honey
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pinch salt
Toppings of choice: chopped nuts, berries, seeds, cacao nibs, etc.
Directions
  1. Heat milk until steaming hot. Pour into a mug or measuring cup and add Pau D’Arco Chai tea bag. Steep for 5 minutes. Remove and discard tea bag. Cool milk for 10 minutes or until just warm. 
  2. Combine oats, Greek yogurt, Manuka honey, cinnamon, sea salt, and milk in a medium bowl. 
  3. Stir well to incorporate honey. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. 
  4. Divide overnight oats between two bowls and top with toppings if desired.
