Popsicles for breakfast, what?!?! That’s right, our cool veggie friends over at VegNews whipped up this healthy recipe for popsicles that is perfect for on-the-go summer breakfasts. With the sweetness from maple syrup and a little crunch from granola, you’ll want to make a double batch of these stunners for snacking later in the day, too!
Ingredients
1 ¼ cup
water
⅔ cup
Oat Milk Powder, Organic
¼ teaspoopoon
ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons
Maple Syrup, Organic Grade A Amber Color
1 cup
mixed frozen berries
½ cup
granola
Directions
- In a pitcher, combine water, oat milk powder, and cinnamon. Froth or whisk until smooth.
- Add maple syrup and berries, and mix to combine. Pour mixture into popsicle molds, leaving room at the top for granola.
- Top with granola, and add popsicle sticks. Freeze overnight. When ready to enjoy, run frozen molds under warm water to loosen.
