Après Workout Soothing Massage Oil with Blue Tansy

It doesn’t get any easier than this DIY recipe for a tried-and-true massage oil. It’s perfect for unwinding and taking the edge off after a tough workout. All you need is NOW® Solutions Liquid Fractionated Coconut Oil and Blue Tansy, Myrrh, Frankincense, Lavender and Vetiver Essential Oils for a soothing, post-workout massage.

Ingredients
1 tablespoon Liquid Coconut Oil
3 drops Lavender Oil
1 drop Myrrh Oil
1 drop Vetiver Oil
Directions
  1. Combine all NOW® essential oils into your clean empty NOW® Solutions Clear Glass bottle using a clean funnel.
  2. Fill remainder of bottle with NOW® Solutions Liquid Fractionated Coconut Oil or the carrier oil of your choice.
  3. Tightly adhere your Roll-on Lid and then swirl the ingredients together.

To Use:

Before each use, shake bottle well. Roll oil blend on any areas needing attention, and massage in.

 

Caution: Essential oils are highly concentrated and should be used with care. Dilute essential oils as directed, do not exceed dilutions recommended for this recipe. Pure essential oils can be irritating to the skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. For adult use only. Keep out of reach of children. Not for internal use. Avoid contact with eyes.
