Live your Life on Purpose
Female presenting Holistic health coach and now expert, Smiling while looking in the distance
Holistic health coach and NOW Expert Kelly LeVeque shares the tools you need to help identify your priorities, and then set up your space and schedule to live your life ON PURPOSE. We all need to have a deep “why” to be intrinsically motivated, to move through the tough times without giving up, and to be truly fulfilled. We need space and prompts to realign with our true selves, discover how we have grown, and push ourselves even further.

STEP 1:
True Self Assessment

Reviewing your answers, write down 5 personal priorities.
Living on purpose means you are choosing to live a life in alignment with your priorities, it requires you to check in with yourself, set boundaries to protect your time and make changes to right the ship when necessary.

STEP 2:
Take a moment to write out your purpose statement that aligns with your true self
Alignment can require both small and large changes. Reviewing your personal priorities:

How would you feel if you made a change to support your alignment?
Our life is a compilation of little moments strung together. It’s easy to slip into old patterns, free hours can be occupied by work and commitments can be made without thinking about our priorities.
STEP 3:

Schedule your purpose! Get started by scheduling each priority 1x a week. Here’s a look at mine:
- Sunday Night Dinner: I get the whole family involved in making dinner together and aligns with my priority of present time and homemade family meals.
- Monday Morning Movement: I start my week with 20-30 minutes of movement never missing a Monday, but always committed to it being the most fun workout I can find. Smiles at the beginning of the week make me feel grateful for the privilege of working out.
- Thursday Adventure: I started blocking Thursday afternoon for an adventure with my boys, it may be a new hike, dinner picnic at the beach or a museum but they standing appointment ensures I am protecting our family time and unique experiences.
