Freedom Rings Sugar Scrub

This patriotic sugar scrub is a great way to exfoliate summer skin. Erythritol is a sugar substitute that is perfect for body scrubs, because it’s non-irritating and leaves the skin feeling soft and smooth. Coconut oil is moisturizing and helps keep skin hydrated. The addition of beet root powder and blue spirulina powder give the scrub a beautiful, natural color. Exfoliate and wake your senses!

Ingredients
Cherry or cranberry juice or Beet Root Powder
Blueberry juice or blue spirulina powder
3 tablespoon Liquid Coconut Oil
3-6 drops Lavender Oil
3-6 drops Lemon Oil
3 Small mixing bowls
1 Glass jar with an airtight lid
Directions
  1. Add ½ cup NOW® Erythritol into the three small mixing bowls.
  2. In all three bowls, add 1 Tbsp of NOW® Liquid Coconut Oil and 1-3 drops of lavender and lemon essential oils.
  3. Only taking two of the small mixing bowls, add a little bit of cherry/cranberry juice (or beet root powder) into one and blueberry juice (or blue spirulina powder) into the other.
  4. Mix the contents in all three bowls.
  5. Now you are ready to start layering your sugar scrub into a red, white, and blue pattern.
  6. Store in an airtight glass jar.

Before each use, stir contents in jar. Scoop out scrub with a dry spoon or utensil of choice. Gently massage onto hands, feet, or body. Then rinse with warm water. Follow with your favorite NOW® Solutions lotion or cream!
