Cyclist Study

Randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled crossover; 18 recreationally active men (age 20-30 years)

Results: Supplementation with BCAAs improved time to completion by nearly 7% compared to placebo.*1

Squat and Isometric Strength Study

Double-blind, matched pairs; 16 diet-controlled, males and females, resistance-trained athletes (age 20-23 years).

Results: Supplementation with BCAAs increased the rate of recovery in isometric strength compared to placebo at 24 h*2
