My name is Drew Sample
I’m an NFL Tight End for the Cincinnati Bengals. I grew up in Bellevue, Washington, where I played both football and basketball at Newport High School. I was fortunate enough to be recruited to play college football with multiple scholarship offers out of high school, and decided to play at the University of Washington. While I was there, I made sure to prioritize my academics just as much as my athletics. My commitment as a student athlete was reflected through being a 3 time Academic All-Pac 12 Selection. I graduated in 2018 with a degree in communications, and I also received a sales certificate from Washington’s business school. One year later I was selected as the 52nd overall pick in the NFL Draft to the Cincinnati Bengals.
I currently reside in Ohio with my wife, two children, and our dog, Louie. Fitness and health have always played an integral role in my life, both on and off the field. It’s pivotal to me to take care of my body and recover properly after exercise. I am very passionate about fitness and health and it is something that I really want to get into after my football career. I am so excited to be partnering with NOW®! Drew's Stacks
Pre-Workout
Add ½ level teaspoon (approx. 2g) of Beta Alanine Powder and 1 tab of Effer Energy Tropical punch to 12-16oz of water. Wait for Effer Energy to dissolve in water and enjoy before workout.
Intra-Workout
Add 1 scoop of BCAA Big 6 to water. Consume during workout to support exercise endurance and recovery from intense workouts*
Post-Workout
Add 1 scoop of whey protein isolate, 1½ level teaspoons of creatine powder and 1 level teaspoon of glutamine powder to water or milk of choice. Consume after workout with 1 tablet of Double Strength HMB

Lower Calorie Option:
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 banana
- 2 scoops NOW Sports Whey Protein Isolate Vanilla
- Handful of spinach
- 1 cup almond milk
Blend all ingredients for 1 minute
High-Calorie Option:
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 1 banana
- 2 scoops NOW Sports Whey Protein Isolate Vanilla
- ½ cup oats
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 cup almond milk
For additional calories and fat, add 2 tbsp. of peanut butter
Blend all ingredients for 1 minute
