DAILY REGIMENS: NUTRITION & TRAINING

DAILY REGIMEN:

Pre-Run/Training:

Post-Workout:

TRAINING REGIMEN:

  • Monday: Regular run (35-40 min) plus mobility and drills afterward. It’s usually followed by band mobility at home as well as firefly recovery (a device that stimulates and increases blood flow through the legs for faster recovery.) It is small enough to bring to travel and competitions.

  • Tuesday: Workout day. Hill workouts followed by weight circuits. I will usually roll out at home and/ or attend treatment to take care of any soreness or small tweaks.

  • Wednesday: Cross-training day or off. I will usually hop on the bike for 45-60 minutes and do a workout there to take the load off the body/legs. I will focus on mobility with the band and rolling out the legs at home.

  • Thursday: Regular run (5-7 miles) plus mobility and drills afterward. It usually follows band mobility at home as well as firefly recovery.

  • Friday: Workout day. Tempo workout with the team followed by a weight session at the gym. I will then go to treatment and roll out to release any tension/knots/soreness from the week.

  • Saturday: Off day. Recovery day.

  • Sunday: Long run day followed by band mobility at home and recovery.
