Hello, I’m Kieran

A professional swimmer reigning from Ridgefield, Connecticut. I attended the University of Florida from 2018-2022, and I am currently still training in Gainesville, Florida. I am a middle distance freestyle and individual medley specialist and I have competed at the Tokyo and Paris Olympic Games representing the United States.

My favorite aspect of my career in swimming is being able to travel all over the world and compete with the world's best. I love to race and challenge my potential, and I will take every opportunity to do so. I also love to train daily with some of my closest friends. Swimming is a sport that can require up to 25 hours of training per week, so surrounding myself with people who share positivity and enthusiasm is a must for me.

In my free time, I enjoy golfing, spending time at the beach, and going out to great restaurants. I am an applied physiology and kinesiology (APK) major, and I intend to continue to work with elite-level athletes after I retire from professional swimming.
