The Top Workplace program was created by the Chicago Tribune to recognize businesses in the Chicago area that exemplify the highest levels of employee satisfaction related to the direction of the company, execution of its mission, and working conditions. The Top Workplace program is noteworthy for the fact that 100% of the information used to determine winning companies is taken from the survey responses of actual employees.
NOW was recognized by the Chicago Tribune for the 7th time and awarded a Top Workplaces 2023 honor, moving up to the #18 spot in the large company category.

NOW Health Group ranked #40 in midsize companies as a Top Workplaces 2020. Energage ranks workplaces in the Chicago area and the nation through employee surveys, assessing everything from work-life balance to confidence in company leadership.
NOW has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2019 honor by The Chicago Tribune. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures multiple aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, among others.
